EMS trying to keep everyone safe from further harm and then there are people like this woman who crosses the police line get with in a few feet of the rubble just so her husband can take her photo in front of the building. Just moments before she walked up, several hundred pounds of bricks had dislodged from just under the roof and landed just feet behind where she's standing.
